Fox River Bridge
With Blue Circle Cement looming in the background, our train slowly crosses the Fox River swing span bridge. This crossing provides access to the industries of east Green Bay and also to the Lake Michigan car ferries. The bridge is a kitbashed Central Valley kit.

James River Corporation
There are several large paper mills in Green Bay. The sidings at the James River plant are filled to capacity with gondolas of pulpwood, tanks cars of kaolin, and boxcars being loaded with finished paper products.

Mason Street
After working the paper mills our train heads to the "cheese house" district at Haevers siding. People familiar with Green Bay will recognize that this scene is typical of several prototypes scenes in Green Bay, especially Mason Street and Ashland Avenue.

Eastman Street
The GB&W had a unique configuration as it passed through residential areas in Green Bay. In some places the street was divided into separate lanes for traffic in each direction with the tracks down the middle, as is the case here at Eastman Street. The houses are packed tightly together here... imagine the railfan possibilities if you lived here!

"Cheese House" District
Pauly Cheese and Lov-It Creamery were two of several large dairies in this area. The complex trackwork in this area is especially challenging to train crews.
